CEF: Wherefor Art Thou Luke?

In the previous article I wrote about the lack of activity on the Monitor website pertaining to the ABC District CCAA case.

I didn’t get a callback in the morning so I called Deloitte again and got routed to voicemail. Not satisfied with leaving another message I called the switchboard to learned what I could and was told:

1. “Luke” is the only person working on this file.
2. He didn’t seem to be in the office but he does return his voice mails.
3. This file was pretty active in that the receptionist had received six or seven calls about it today.

So…. still no update unfortunately.
