This is a text I bring to mind whenever I consider the evil in the world that hasn’t been brought to justice … yet.
Man’s justice is temporal and always comes to an end – be it the end of the sentence or the end of one’s life. It is also imperfect in that the sometimes it convicts or excuses wrongly.
On the other hand God’s just and righteous wrath is perfect, implacable, not subject to appeal, and it never ends.
