Jan 21, 2019 has come and (nearly) gone – and no official word from the ASC pertaining to the matter about the application to stay this proceeding until the representative action has concluded.
However, the ASC’s “Proceedings, Decisions, and Orders” page for this proceeding is still there, the May 2019 hearing dates are still in place, the ruling notice for today is gone, and the list of people that will preside over the next hearing in this case has been changed to “TBD”.
From all that I think one can safely infer that the applicants did not get the stay order they were asking for and the main case will proceed as scheduled in May.
