ASC Hearing Update: Dec 8, 2018

Remember that Dec 18, 2018 ASC hearing?

It’s been moved.

A closed hearing management session was held on Dec 7, 2018 with the result that the application hearing was extended to two days and the Dec 18 hearing being rescheduled to Jan 7-8, 2019.
